"I am writing to thank you for making my son's birthday party such a great, fun, relaxing event!  I have two sons and have had only had one birthday party outside of our home.  I was always reluctant because I had been to several birthday parties at places where there were simultaneous parties going on and the staff looked completely bored and uninterested in the party events.  I enjoyed having the parties at my house because of the more personal feel to the events.  We have been going to the Aloha Aquatic Center for over a year taking weekly swimming lessons.  When my younger son, Danny, learned that it was possible to have his birthday party at the Aloha Center, he was determined to have it there!  I was nervous at first, because I am very fussy about details (decorations, games, etc.), but Kristin put me completely at ease.  She was my contact person throughout the planning process and was even there at the actual event.  The Aloha Center was very flexible and allowed me to change a few things without making it a big deal (unlike many other places). Kristin even learned all about Ben 10, so she would know more about the party theme. 
The staff members were all so wonderful! They were enthusiastic and engaged with the children and wanted to make sure that I did not worry about a thing.  The kids had a fantastic time in the pool and the games in the playroom were so much fun.  All I can say is, WOW!  The best part is that the party still felt very personal and I felt like I still was able to put some of my touches on it.  Everyone told me that their kids had the best time.  When I asked Danny if the party was as good as he was hoping, he said, "It was even better!  It was super duper better!"  Thank you for making Danny's party a fun and memorable event.  And, I must say, it's the most relaxed I have ever been at one of my son's birthday parties!"
