What about teacher request?
Some of our students and many of our parents have become fond of a particular instructor. We are aware and understand that different students respond to different teaching personalities. We will always try to respond to these needs. However, we do not guarantee specific instructors and we reserve the right to change instructors if other considerations necessitate the change. We strive to place instructors in positions to provide the best swimming experience for your child. Our biggest compliment is when Aloha Families do not have a preference, as that means as a ALOHA TEAM OF INSTRUCTORS we have achieved excellence for you!
 
What are my payment options?

For our Membership Program:

1. Automatic Debit from a Visa or Mastercard (we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time) on the 3rd of the month.

2. Cash or Check which must be submitted by the 1st of the month

 

For our Session Program:

Pre-Payment Only

1. Visa or Mastercard

2. Check or Cash

***Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of reservation or reservation is voided***

 
How do I change my day or time?

Our Monthly Program Families can always transfer class days or times if available. If a lesson slot is not immediately available, we will place you on a waiting list and do our best to make the necessary change as soon as an opening becomes available.

Is your Child Graduating Levels? Congratulations! You will receive a Certificate E-mail and the following lesson your Child will:

*Bang the Gong Bell * (Name to be announced, the Kids are voting to Name their Gong!)

* Take a Picture to Be Displayed on our Locals Graduate Board!

* Get a Free Aloha Aquatic Center T-shirt!

Then you may transfer your Child to the appropriate level. We will happily provide you with days and time options!

Our Sessions (April - August) unfortunately are registered into specific class dates and times. If unforseen circumstances arises, we will do our best to try and transfer your session day and/or time, but cannot guarantee. If availability does not allow, you are committed to the session days and times you originally registered for. We do not offer refunds or credits.

 
What if I miss a class, can I make it up?

Well, of course you can have unlimited makeups with Aloha! ALOHA MONTHLY PROGRAM has unlimited makeups as long as the absence is pre-acknowledged. If you will be missing a lesson or lesson(s), simply give us a call or send us an e-mail, we will gladly assist you in putting the absence in and you can schedule a makeup date at your convenience. We may or may not have availability for the makeup for a few weeks, we will schedule an alternative date and time to fit your family's busy schedule.

There are no makeups for makeups, if your child is ill please wait until they feel better to schedule the makeup.

Please take note that if you withdrawal from Aloha, you have the 30 days notice to complete any makeups on your account. Our enrollment system will not allow makeups after the last class date.

 

ALOHA SESSION PROGRAM (April - August Mini Sessions twice a week) does not offer any makeups due to the sessions are scheduled on specific dates and times. There are no exceptions, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
