How long will my child attend lesson?

We HIGHLY recommend continual lessons until your Child is at least past a Manatees II Level. And even at this time, please take in consideration that in YOUNGER children the skills are not usually retained UNLESS practiced on a continual basis. Ask any of our Aloha Families who have come on a continuos basis of enrollment watched their young children progress from beginning as a Dolphin I and now are participating in our Swim Meets!

Our monthly program classes are continual which means that they will continue until you fill out a withdrawal form, at least 30 days in advance, indicating that you wish to take a break.  If you issue a Withdrawal Form after the 3rd of the month, you will be paid up for the following month. Aloha Aquatic Center does not issue refunds or credits. If you submit a withdrawal after a tuition date, you will not be charged again, but will have until your pre-paid date to attend lessons. We cannot offer credits or makeup classes past the date of drop. Please complete any makeups prior.

Session Clients (seasonal April -August) are pre-paid only. Your participants spot is held only after payment and registration is completed. Sessions consist of 8 lessons. We do not hold or reserve spots in continual sessions unless you have fully registered for them. Thus, if you complete a session and wish to enroll in the next, it will be based on availability within classes and we cannot guarantee a available spot or Instructor.Aloha Aquatic Center does not issue refunds of any kind or credits.

Can I “try” a lesson?

You may absolutely schedule your child(ren) for a FREE, NO OBLIGATION trial class. Here, at Aloha, we know that Aloha Families enjoy their swim school and what we have to offer! We are confident by coming and visiting us you will fall in love with our programs too! We do need you to fill out a free trial class form with your child(ren)'s names and DOB as well as a liability form. Please contact us so we can schedule your trial class in a appropriate level and schedule for your family. A trial class is a good time to see if the schedule, level, and Instructor fits your family's needs!

If you decide to register, we require a two month commitment in our monthly program. This is to ensure that the children are getting appropriate time to advance and learn.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer free trial classes for our seasonal session program. This program is a pre-paid, pre-registration program and fills quickly.

You may also choose to sign up for our e-mail newsletters to receive specials, coupons, and information aout the free events Aloha provides to our Families!

Don't forget to ask about our REFERRAL Program! We can usually save you and your referred participants $!

 
Do I need to change classes when my child changes levels?

Is your Child Ready to Graduate Levels? Congratulations!

You will Receive a Certificate E-mail announcing that your Child's Teacher is Proud of Him/Her and at their next Lesson, He/She will be able to:

* Bang the Gong Bell (Name TBA, the Kids are Voting to Name their Gong!)

* Get a Picture Taken that will be Displayed on our Locals Graduate Board!

* Get a Free Aloha Aquatic Center T-shirt!

The Front Desk will happily provide your family with the next levels' days and time options to transfer into!

What if I have questions or comments about my child’s lessons or class?

Our ALOHA Families come first at ALOHA Aquatic Center! That's how we built this Company and welcome ALL Feedback! We are here to meet your needs, and we will do our very best to do so. If we are not, we need to know! Aloha strives to CONTINUALLY exceed our ALOHA Families expectations. Your family is what makes us the swim school we are and we are HONORED to share in your family's swim services.

Aloha always has comment cards at the front desk if you would like to stay annonymous! Or you can send us a testimonial by website (main page). Please let us know how your child and your family are doing in our program, we WANT to hear from you. We give out customer evaluation questionnaire's quarterly which may remain confidential and the front desk does not know who turned them in since they are submitted into a box. We believe to grow with our Aloha Families we must hear all of your thoughts and comments, positive and negative... as that as the only way a Company can continue to better itself!

As Staff, we also strive for excellence. Monthly we have a "Teacher of the Month" Contest where Aloha Families can submit votes. If you feel your Instructor should be nominated for the Staff of the Month awards, please let the Front Desk know. Everyone likes to feel appreciated! Our winners and their swimmers are pictured and displayed in the front lobby for the entire month.

If you have a comment or concern that you dont want to stay annonymous, come on up to the Front Desk and tell us! That's what we are here for! The only way to continually better ourselves is to listen to all of our Families! Your concerns are our concerns!
